Become a Manasara distribution partner

Apply to introduce prospective purchasers to Manasara Residences. Approved distributors receive a unique referral code, a signed Distribution & Introducer Agreement, and a 5% commission on Net Purchase Price (vesting progressively as purchaser funds are received). Applications are reviewed within 2–3 business days.

What happens next

  1. You submit this application.
  2. The Nirvana Islands Group team reviews and approves within 2–3 business days. You receive an email with a single-use link to review and sign the bilingual Distribution & Introducer Agreement.
  3. On signing, you receive a confirmation email with the executed PDF attached and your unique referral code (e.g. AB7K2N).
  4. Share your code with prospective purchasers. They enter it on the investor signup form to link the introduction to your account.

By applying you acknowledge that commission is earned only via the official Manasara Investor Portal at investors.manasara.living. Email, WhatsApp, and verbal introductions outside the portal do not constitute valid registrations (per the Distribution & Introducer Agreement, Section 7.7).
